Ingredients: Soy Protein, Chicory Root Fiber or Inulin, Milk Protein Isolate, Natural Flavors, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Drops with Vanilla, Rice Flour, Whey Protein Concentrate, Olive Pomace Oil, Egg Whites (Dried), Maltodextrin, Enzyme-Modified Cocoa Butter, Cocoa Powder (processed with alkali), Sodium Bicarbonate, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose Powder, Soy Lecithin.

Contains soy, milk, eggs. Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), peanuts and tree nuts.

Directions

Microwave:
1. Pour 1.5 oz. cold water into a microwave-safe mug. 
2. Add the contents of one packet and stir with water.
3. Microwave for 30 seconds or more until desired texture is obtained (with caution as cake will be hot.) Enjoy!
