Water, Potatoes, Onions, Carrots, Red Bell Peppers, Red Beans, Black Beans, White Beans, Lentils, Garbanzo Beans, Modified Corn Starch, Canola Oil, Tomato Paste, Vegetable Flavor (Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Natural Flavoring, Dried Onion, Wheat Maltodextrin, Dried Carrot, Soy Sauce [Soybeans, Wheat, Salt], Dextrose, Dried Garlic, Spice), Sugar, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Spice.

Directions:
MICROWAVE OVEN:
  1. Peel back lid from one corner of the tray.
  2. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Rotate a quarter turn and heat again on High for 1/2 to 1 minute or until desired temperature is reached.
  3. Let stand for 30 seconds.
  4. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.
Note: Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.
STOVE TOP:
  1. Place unopened tray in a large saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove tray from water.
  2. Carefully peel off the lid and serve.
