Ingredients: Soy Protein Isolate, Potato Flakes, Potato Starch, Soy Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Chicory Root or Inulin, Whey Protein Concentrate, Rice Flour, Krystar Fructose, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Dried Egg Whites, Olive Pomace Oil, Double Acting Baking Powder, Maltodextrin, Caramel Color, Ginger or Spice, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum, Sucralose, Tricalcium Phosphate.

Contains soy, milk, eggs. Manufactured on equipment that processes wheat (gluten), peanuts and tree nuts.


1. Pour 1.5 oz. cold water into a microwave-safe mug. 
2. Add the contents of one packet and stir with water.
3. Microwave for 30 seconds or more until desired texture is obtained (with caution as cake will be hot.) Enjoy!
