Directions:
Based on taste preference, mix 2-4 ounces of water per serving of Nectar Double Stuffed Cookie. One serving, providing 23 GM of protein, .5 GM of fat and 1 GM of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water or milk. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements.
